Comprehensive Five-Year Service for Chlorine Secondary Containment Vessels
Secondary Containment Maintenance Service LLC provides a comprehensive Five-Year Maintenance Service designed to support the long-term reliability, safety, and operational integrity of chlorine secondary containment systems used in municipal and industrial facilities.
This major service interval expands upon the Annual Maintenance program and includes additional component replacement, detailed inspection procedures, and evaluation of vessel condition to help maximize equipment life and maintain system readiness.
All services are performed at the client’s facility or coordinated with approved reconditioning providers when required.
Five-Year Service Includes
Annual Maintenance Scope Plus:
Replacement of all applicable O-rings and sealing components
Cleaning and lubrication of critical sealing surfaces and mechanical interfaces
Application of manufacturer-recommended halo carbon grease and moly grease
Inspection of vessel hardware, yokes, restraints, fittings, and connection points
Inspection and replacement of service hoses as required
Inspection of regulators and associated system interfaces
Detailed visual inspection for corrosion, coating degradation, rust, or structural wear
Verification of vessel isolation and safe-state procedures prior to maintenance
Operational review of containment vessel condition and serviceability
Documentation of maintenance activities and findings
