Secondary Containment Maintenance Service LLC provides professional on-site annual maintenance services for chlorine secondary containment vessels used in municipal water treatment and industrial disinfection systems. Our preventative maintenance program is designed to help clients maintain operational readiness, support regulatory compliance, and extend the service life of critical containment equipment.
All annual maintenance services are performed at the client’s facility by trained service personnel using manufacturer-recommended procedures and materials.
Annual Service Includes
Inspection of secondary containment vessel components and accessible hardware
Replacement of serviceable O-rings and seals as required
Cleaning of sealing surfaces and critical connection points
Lubrication using manufacturer-recommended halo carbon grease and moly grease
Inspection of hoses, fittings, yokes, regulators, and associated connections
Verification of vessel isolation and safe-state procedures prior to maintenance activities
Visual inspection for signs of corrosion, wear, damage, or operational concerns
Documentation of service findings and maintenance activities performed
Recommendations for corrective actions or future reconditioning services if needed
